The excellent product system allows the Public Procurement Service to designate products from small and medium-sized venture companies with excellent technology and quality and supply them to the government and public institutions. When purchasing excellent products, local governments and public institutions are given a 15% target purchase rate for technology development products, and the person in charge of purchasing is exempted from purchase losses, and can make 3-party unit price contracts and private contracts regardless of the purchase amount.
