국내 기업이 개발한 인공지능 기반 치매노인 찾기 솔루션이 지자체가 계획 중인 스마트시티 구축에 활용될 전망이다.
해당 솔루션은 CCTV 연계 분석을 통해 사람의 이동경로를 추적할 수 있어 향후 활용도가 높을 것으로 기대된다.
조달청은 지난달 공공서비스를 통해 국민의 삶의 질 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있는 혁신제품 43개를 선정했다.
혁신제품으로 지정되면 혁신장터에 등록돼 3년간 공공기관에서 수의계약으로 구매할 수 있게 된다. 또 조달청이 혁신제품을 구매하는 시범구매사업에 참여할 수 있다. 사실상 공공기관이 구매를 담보하고 있어 신제품에 대한 판로가 확보되는 셈이다.
조달청은 혁신제품에 대한 구매계약을 3월까지 마무리하고, 10개월 내외 시범사용을 거쳐 상용화를 지원할 계획도 이미 세웠다.
선정된 혁신제품 중에는 원모어시큐리티가 개발한 인공지능 기반 치매노인 찾기 솔루션인 '미씽맘'도 포함됐다.
미씽맘은 인공지능 기술을 이용해 1시간 영상을 2분 이내에 분석할 수 있는 솔루션이다. 다중의 CCTV 연계 분석을 통해 사람 또는 차량의 이동경로를 추적·시각화했다. 특히 신체 특징으로 사람의 얼굴 뿐 아니라 체형, 의상, 신발 등의 정보도 활용할 수 있다. 실제 자체 개발한 얼굴인식 모델을 적용한 결과, 정확성은 99.96%에 달하는 것으로 알려졌다.
원모어시큐리티는 앱을 통해 실종자 가족과 실종자 발견자를 연결할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하고, 경찰청과도 서비스 연계를 추진하게 된다.
해당 솔루션은 지자체가 구축을 추진 중인 스마트시티에 활용될 것으로 보인다. 서울시 등이 계획 중인 스마트구축에는 치매 어르신 실종방지를 위해 지능형 CCTV 설치가 계획돼 있다. 여기에 미씽맘 솔루션까지 결합될 경우 실종 노인 찾기에 시너지가 생길 것으로 기대된다.
회사 측은 "해당 솔루션은 국내 최초의 얼굴 인식 기반의 미아·치매노인 찾기 서비스"라고 밝혔다.
현재 실종 치매노인 찾기에는 문자나 SNS를 비롯해 드론 등도 활용되면서 효용성이 높아지고 있다. 여기에 인공지능 기반의 CCTV까지 연계 활용할 경우 실종 치매노인 찾기에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 보인다.

If it is designated as an innovative product, it will be registered in the innovation market and can be purchased through a private contract at a public institution for three years. In addition, the Public Procurement Service can participate in a pilot purchase project to purchase innovative products. In effect, a public institution guarantees the purchase, thus securing a market for new products.
The Public Procurement Service has already set up a plan to finalize the purchase contract for innovative products by March, and to support commercialization after trial use for about 10 months.
Among the selected innovative products, 'MissingMom', an artificial intelligence-based solution for finding the elderly with dementia, developed by OneMoreSecurity was also included.
MissingMom is a solution that can analyze an hour's video within 2 minutes using artificial intelligence technology. Through multiple CCTV linkage analysis, the movement path of a person or vehicle was tracked and visualized. In particular, information such as body type, clothes, and shoes can be used as well as a person's face as a physical characteristic. In fact, as a result of applying the self-developed face recognition model, it is known that the accuracy reaches 99.96%.
OneMoreSecurity will establish a system that can connect families of the missing person with the person who found the missing person through the app, and will also promote service linkage with the National Police Agency.
The solution is expected to be used in smart cities that local governments are promoting. In the smart construction planned by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, etc., intelligent CCTV installation is planned to prevent the disappearance of the elderly with dementia. If the MissingMom solution is combined with this, it is expected that synergy will be created in the search for the missing elderly.
The company said, "The solution is the first face recognition-based finding service for the missing and dementia elderly in Korea."
Currently, the effectiveness of text messages, SNS and drones is being used to find missing elderly people with dementia. In addition, if AI-based CCTV is used in conjunction with it, it is expected to be of great help in finding the missing elderly person with dementia.
