[OneMoreSeucrity] Sejong Technopark signed a project agreement with smart city companies [Oct. 10, 2020]

Sejong Technopark (Sejong TP) signed a task agreement with smart city companies selected for the '2020 Smart City National Pilot City Innovative Enterprise Development Support Project' and was held in the 9th floor conference room of Sejong SB Plaza on the 8th.

This support project is a demand-tailored company support program that supports companies located in Sejong City with promising technologies, products, and services that can be applied to the 'Sejong Smart City National Pilot City' in order to create a sustainable smart city and an innovative ecosystem for the smart city industry.

The 10 companies selected through the preliminary review committee and selection evaluation committee, including Estecco, SK Solar Energy, D2X, TQS Korea, Kukdong Information & Communication, The Signal, OneMoreSecurity, Toycos, Ikonbiz, and S-City, were selected by the end of this year. Up to this point, tasks to strengthen competence in technology, product, and marketing fields such as prototype production, intellectual property rights, prior art research and marketing strategy establishment, and promotional material production will be carried out.

Sejong TP President Kim Hyun-tae said, “Last September, Sejong City and Sejong Technopark signed an agreement with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Science and Technology Promotion Agency for the ‘2020 Smart City National Pilot City Innovative Enterprise Development Foundation Project’ and ‘support for strengthening corporate innovation capabilities’ We are in the process of establishing a 'Sejong Smart City Innovation Ecosystem Mid- to Long-term Roadmap and Development Strategy' for a Sejong-type smart city and sustainable innovative growth.” He added, “I will continue to faithfully play a role for the growth of the smart city industry and promising companies in the future.”
