[보안뉴스 엄호식 기자] 인공지능·정보보호 전문기업 원모어시큐리티는 최근 AI 추적 솔루션 ‘원모어아이(OMEYE)’와 미아·치매노인 찾기 솔루션 ‘미씽맘(MissingMom)’이 조달청에서 주관하는 ‘2021년 혁신제품’으로 지정됐다고 28일 밝혔다.

혁신제품이란 조달청에서 공공성 및 사회적 가치, 혁신성, 시장성 등을 평가해 지정한 제품을 말한다. 구매 금액과 상관없이 수의계약 가능하며(‘국가계약법 시행령’ 제26조) 각 기관의 구매자는 구매 면책을 통해 보호(‘조달사업법’ 개정안)를 받으며 혁신장터의 혁신제품전용몰에서 자체 예산으로 구매할 수 있다. 또한, 추가적으로 혁신제품 시범 구매사업에 신청해 조달청 예산으로도 구매 가능하며 혁신 구매 실적에 인정돼 기관 평가에 적극 반영(인센티브) 된다.
혁신제품으로 지정된 ‘원모어아이(OMEYE)’는 딥러닝 기반의 얼굴인식, 사람재식별, 차량 식별 기술 등을 접목한 지능형 CCTV 영상분석 솔루션으로, 1시간 영상을 기준으로 1~2분 내에 분석이 가능하다. 사람 전신의 특징을 분석해 얼굴이 안 보이는 상황에서도 정확히 식별할 수 있으며 여러 타깃과 여러 CCTV를 한 번에 분석 가능한 강점도 가지고 있다.
회사 관계자는 “한국인터넷진흥원과 한국건설생활환경시험연구원의 공인 시험을 통해 검증된 자체 개발 AI 모듈이 적용됐다”고 말했다.
미아·치매노인 찾기 솔루션인 ‘미씽맘(MissingMom)’은 인공지능 얼굴인식 기술을 접목한 모바일 앱 기반의 서비스로, 미아나 치매노인 실종 신고 시 시민의 능동적 참여가 가능한 지능형 치안 솔루션으로 ‘원모어아이’ 솔루션과 연계될 수 있도록 개발됐다.
원모어시큐리티의 김민식 대표는 “이번 혁신제품 지정에 이어 내년에는 NEP 신제품 인증을 통해 지자체 공급을 빠르게 확산하고자 한다. 최근 KSM 등록으로 성장성을 인정받은 만큼 추후 활발한 투자 유치가 이뤄지길 바란다”고 말했다. 이어 “스마트시티 통합플랫폼 개발과 함께 미국, 아프리카 및 베트남 기업들과 NDA와 MOU 체결하는 등 해외 진출 준비도 착실히 준비 중에 있다. 이를 바탕으로 우리 모두의 one more security를 구축하겠다”고 포부를 밝혔다.
한편, 원모어시큐리티는 혁신제품 선정에 이어 한국거래소 스타트업 마켓 KSM에도 정식으로 등록됐다. KSM은 2016년 11월 개설된 한국거래소(KRX)의 스타트업 지원 플랫폼으로, 경제의 성장 동력인 중소, 벤처기업의 성장을 지원하고 기술력이 우수한 기업에 대한 투자기회 제공을 위해 개설됐다. KSM 등록 기업은 △크라우드 펀딩·자금 조달 △한국거래소 투자자문위원회 투자유치(IR) 검토 △맞춤형 교육 및 컨설팅 △코넥스 상장 특례 적용 등을 지원받게 된다.
원모어시큐리티는 국가보안기술연구소 창업기업으로 2019년 설립한 스타트업으로 스마트시티 및 기업에 활용될 수 있는 정보보호 솔루션과 인공지능 솔루션을 개발하고 있다. 정보보호 분야에서는 생체인증 및 간편인증 기반의 차세대 통합 인증 솔루션인 FIDO 인증 솔루션, 위변조 방지 솔루션, 자료유출 방지 솔루션 등을 개발했다. 인공지능 분야에서는 컴퓨터 비전 관련 얼굴인식 기술, 사람 재식별화 기술, 차량번호판 인식 기술, 차종 분류 기술 등을 개발, 솔루션 사업화를 진행하고 있다. 창업 후 국내외 공인인증 7건 획득을 통해 솔루션 품질 우수성을 검증받아 왔으며, 14건의 국내외 특허권(실시권 포함)을 보유하고 있다.

Innovative products refer to products designated by the Public Procurement Service after evaluating public and social values, innovativeness, and marketability. Private contracts are possible regardless of the purchase amount ('Enforcement Decree of the National Contract Act', Article 26) have. In addition, it is possible to additionally apply for the innovative product pilot purchase project and purchase it with the budget of the Public Procurement Service.
OneMoreEYE (OMEYE), designated as an innovative product, is an intelligent CCTV video analysis solution that combines deep learning-based face recognition, human re-identification, and vehicle identification technology. analysis is possible. By analyzing the characteristics of a person's whole body, it can accurately identify even when the face is not visible, and it also has the strength to analyze multiple targets and multiple CCTVs at once.
An official from the company said, "The self-developed AI module verified through official tests by the Korea Internet & Security Agency and the Korea Construction Living Environment Testing Institute was applied."
Missing Mom, a solution for finding lost or dementia elderly, is a mobile app-based service that incorporates artificial intelligence facial recognition technology. It was developed to be linked with the 'OneMoreEYE' solution.
Min-sik Kim, CEO of OneMoreSecurity, said, “Following this innovative product designation, next year, we plan to rapidly expand the supply to local governments through NEP new product certification. As the growth potential was recently recognized through KSM registration, I hope that it will actively attract investment in the future.” He continued, “In addition to developing an integrated smart city platform, we are also preparing for overseas expansion, such as signing MOUs with US, African and Vietnamese companies with NDAs. Based on this, we will build one more security for all of us.”
On the other hand, OneMoreSecurity was officially registered in KSM, the Korea Exchange startup market, following the selection of innovative products. KSM is a startup support platform of the Korea Exchange (KRX), which was opened in November 2016. KSM-registered companies will receive support for △ crowdfunding and financing △ Korea Exchange Investment Advisory Committee (IR) review △ customized education and consulting △ application of special listing on KONEX.
